Luong Van Tuy monument
Hero Luong Van Tuy forgot in Lu phong village, Quynh Luu commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh. He was a young revolutionary fighter during the anti-French war. Luong Van Tuy was the one who accepted the task of putting a sickle flag on Non Nuoc mountain on November 7, 1929 to stimulate the fighting spirit of the masses and commemorate the October Russian revolution. Ninh Binh people built a monument of hero Luong Van Tuy at the top of Non Nuoc mountain. His name is also given to some famous schools in Ninh Binh.
